Contract Administrator

This large government department is involved in a range of building and infrastructure projects across NSW. They are currently looking to engage an experienced Contract Administrator to work across a number of key building and infrastructure projects.

 This position will be based in Tamworth and they are looking to appoint someone for 12 months.
 
Your responsibilities will include preparing and administering head contracts and subcontracts, assess progress claims and variations, preparation of cost reports and liaise with builders and consultants in relation to contractual matters.
 
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in contract administration across building project either working for a builder or a client side project management consultancy.
 
You must be well versed in all aspects of contract administration and have Degree qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
